Die fabrication advantage No. 1 Machinable materials

As a trading company specializing in specialty steels, handling titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, tool steel, and cemented carbides, we have the fabrication experience needed for any set of material characteristics, from soft to ultra-hard.

Die fabrication advantage No. 2 Constant-temperature plant for precision to ±1/1000 mm

Dies must be precise to within 1/1000th of a millimeter. We maintain our plant at a constant temperature of 23±0.5°C to ensure that level of precision.

Cutting, grinding, electro-discharge machining, gear and slot machining, and more: We handle all die fabrication processes except heat treatment in-house. Most of our equipment is built to our own specification, incorporating our unique expertise and fabrication technology.

performance (JIS 0 and DIN 4 class), this machine is used for finishing straight, helical, and other gears.

a tolerance of ±1/1000 mm,

products including cemented
